Poem with Solar Light

I breathe the Sun light
with my Soul,
as if my Soul,
-which is Me-
would feed Itself with solar light.
I breathe the Sun light
in my Heart,
as if my Heart,
-which is Me-
would feed Itself with solar light.
I breathe the Sun light
in every cell of mine,
as if my body,
-which is Me-
would feed itself with solar light.
In the same Sun light
I could be a tree, a flower,
a bird, a cat, or a butterfly…
I surrender to the light
and I breathe the solar light
as if I would be a tree.
My body revives profoundly,
coming into bud in a perpetual spring.
I breathe the solar light
as if I would be a flower.
My heart blossoms
and it gives itself away.
I breathe the solar light
like a cat.
My Soul is purring ecstasy.
I breathe the solar light
like a flying bird.
My Mind is freed of all worries.
My thoughts float easily towards the welkin.
I breathe the solar light
like a butterfly.
My Spirit
embraces my ephemeral life
in which I transform myself,
I rise,
I find myself
with every breath.
